You're making great progress on your QQ piece. And I love the new one you're thinking of doing. I just received that one as well and I was thinking that it would be a fun stitch, although I told myself I can't start it until I'm done with what I'm working on.
BTW, didn't forget about the chart - I've been super busy but should get it out to you the first of next week.
Great progress on Q&Q! I so want Simple Joys...I've almost ordered it many times over already. You can start it and have it as your handbag piece... :)
I'm getting aggrivated with Blogger lately, I've been missing people's posts until way later in the day after they post or sometimes into the next day. Anyway, Quakers and Quilts is another one that I have thought of starting. Yours looks great! I will start Simple Joys one of these days as well. I do need to actually aquire the pattern though! LOL
Discovering my creative side!
I started knitting in January 2008 and took my first quilting class October 2008. I started stitching in late 2009 and have an interest in wool rug hooking.
After years of thinking about the things I wanted to learn to do, I decided it was time to get busy actually doing it!

Your Quaker piece is just gorgeous! I love that Simple Joys piece too. I say go for it! :D
The sampler looks gorgeous. I think I wouldn't be able to put that one down if I were stitching it. The colors looks so great on that fabby.
But I can see where the LHN would be calling your name as well!
I vote for starting the new piece.
Of course, I'm a serial starter...

Your sampler is really coming along...it's going to be just beautiful!
Great stitching, this is such a pretty design!
My oh my, did I miss meany wonderful posts! I love your appliqué block. Perfect work!
And I know what you mean about quilting a bigger quilt. My advice: do some every day, instead of working at it for a few hours. That allows me to keep on going. BTW, the quilt turned out very pretty.
Good luck with you next ornament!
Can't wait till Sat to see your progress on Q&Q AND see if you ventured a new start. 1.5 more days to go ! Mel
Lovely sampler! You are creating an heirloom.
