YIKES......that is hot and uncomfy, BUT....I do have to say, it's easy to love the winter when one lives in a place like you do (where the winters are pretty mild)....LOL
Jackie, I love the florida sun but that is a bit tooooo hot. When we came out to Florida a couple of years ago and drove off in our hire car the temperature gauge hit 101 degrees which was a first for us - never seen anything like it here in England! A perfect reason to stay indoors and stitch xxx
We get that hot quite often during the Summer months here where I live in Australia. That's not to say I like it. Blehh!
It's winter here at the moment and we're struggling to get over 13C this past couple of weeks. Brrrr! Still, I'd rather have my fire going than the air cooler. ;o) Best of luck.
We've not been that hot, but we have been to 95 several days this week. The record is 96 for this time of the year back in the 40s. It is soooooo humid, too. We are going to Phoenix in a few weeks where it's been 110 and more, but no humidity. It's still HOT, though. I love all the seasons, but this is my least favorite.
UGH! I can't even imagine. Well, I guess I can. Our temps had a heat index of 100 last week, but get someplace cool! Stay inside and stitch, sew, do anything, but don't go outside.
Holy cow! Now that's a good reason to stay inside and sew! Congratulations to Greg - a triathalon is no small feat - and in your weather to boot!! Cheers!
Discovering my creative side!
I started knitting in January 2008 and took my first quilting class October 2008. I started stitching in late 2009 and have an interest in wool rug hooking.
After years of thinking about the things I wanted to learn to do, I decided it was time to get busy actually doing it!

I can't even imagine it being that hot. It is around 55 degrees here and we can't shake the rain. Ugh!
We should switch places! I love the summer!
...and the reason we are moving back to Pennsylvania when Steve retires.
I know ....most people flock to Florida. We're going to reverse the trend. LOL
I'm with ya, sister!
SERIOUSLY! Me, too!
Whoa! I hope it's not humid too! Bleagh!
Oh my gosh! It's too early in the season. Wanna come visit? We're still having foggy and cool mornings.
Trade you. Our high today was 52. I wouldn't trade for long but a week or so, yeah.

It's hot here, but not that hot! Bring on the ice cream!

Wow, that is hot! Keep cool!
I'm not sure I can agree with you about winter, but I'll say, "Hear, hear" to your comment about the heat!

I'll take the heat over the frigid winters any day. It has been "warm" lately though. I like your house stitchery.
oh Yukk .. that's seriously hot. I've just remembered why I'm so glad I live in the UK.
I'll trade places with you! We have snow on our mountains at the moment.
I'm melting at 80 degrees. Can't imagine day after day of 100+.
Impressive numbers! Have a fun weekend.
