The week has been spend with a heavy work load (but fit into 8 hour days) and a bit of stitching and knitting. I completed chart 3 of Quakers and Quilts. I really haven't felt like starting another stitching project. I wonder if I'm going to be a monogamous stitcher? Somehow I think I probably won't be!
No knitting pictures to show. I'm knitting a project that is just going on forever. It's lace and black so it doesn't lend itself to much in the way of in progress photos. I am taking a sweater class at the end of the month (top down raglan based on my generous measurements) and I hope it fits!
Happy Stitches!

Jackie, I just love this piece so much! Every time you show it, I'm just drooling! lol! Beautiful!
Q&Q is looking fabulous!!! I need to drag mine back out of WIP oblivion and put some stitches in. :) We are almost at the exact same spot. :) Don't you just love the colors in this? :)
Love your Q&Q! I really like your fabby too...I'll have to read back to see what it is! :)
I love your stitchery.....I had to give up counted cross-stitch, which I very much enjoyed, because I was having trouble seeing it.......not fun getting old and having your "parts" wear out on you!!! LOL
It's a good thing tomorrow's Friday! Hope you get some decent R&R with your stitching/knitting this weekend :)
Sorry to hear about the heavy work load week. You're probably exhausted. I love how the quaker piece is coming along. I can see why you haven't gone on to something different - it's looking wonderful. Sometimes a project just calls our name and that's what we have to keep working on.
Just love it.....glad you can find time to fit in some stitching and knitting!!
Love your progress. The fabric is beautiful as is your stitching. Keep the pictures coming.
You have made a very good progress on this. I love that design!
Your progress is wonderful!! I am sitting here looking at my Q and Q framed up and know you will love yours too once done!~~ Nice job, Faye
Looking good. That was such a great fabric choice.
Oh my, this is so beautiful! Nah, stitching monogamy is not for me, lol.
Your sampler is just gorgeous! I like your choice of fabric for this Jackie. The colors really seem to stand out. Beautiful job!
Jackie--it is looking so great! I was always a one-project-at-a-time stitcher until this year. I'll have to admit I am enjoying the rotation system quite a bit. But, you're breaking up your cross stitching with quilting, applique, etc. so you have plenty of variety already :)
OMW! I just ordered the chart from the big Superbowl sale, I love love love it! It is gorgeous, Jackie, your stitches are beautiful...please keep stitching with me :)
Your floss is gorgeous, did you use the Valdani? I am so excited to start.
Hugs and have a great day, 70s for you I hear...

So exciting to see your how far you have gotten. It will be a lovely addition to your new sewing room.
It's beautiful. Such patience you have! I would never finish something like that...espcially if I had knitting or quilting around to distract me!
Wow, your Q&Q looks wonderful, Jackie!
This is looking great! I really like this design so hope you find time to stitch on it this weekend!
This is stunning! Love it. x
Very nice progress on this lovely piece. I'm not a monogamous stitcher either but soemtimes there's a project that I just can't put down, like the one I'm stitching on right now, my Moira Blackburn piece.
Your stitching is looking great!
Woohoo, Jackie! Your stitching project is coming along nicely. Remember, Market pictures will be showing up any time now--monogamy might be very short lived. ;)
